Job Description

Though our clients are located throughout the world, 98% of our business is conducted from our Albuquerque office!
Demand for our services is at an all time high.
In our history we have had several people make over $100K in a single year. While you may not be motivated to earn that kind of money at least you will know it is possible. If you were not motivated and willing to do what it takes to earn $70K then you would not be a match for our firm.

Recruiter- $35K+
Job Description
Are you outgoing and at ease with people? Are you one of those people who has never met a stranger? Are you interested in people, always asking questions and know how to quickly build rapport? If you answered yes to these questions you may be the person we are looking for.
We are searching for an individual to join our firm as a Recruiter. You would be assigned to work closely with one of our Senior Staff members who has built a specialty practice in one of the hottest areas of our economy. You would be put in an 6- 18 month training/apprenticeship program at the conclusion of which you would be qualified for a promotion to Search Consultant. Our typical Search Consultant earns $50K-$120K, with the number one performer in our office typically earns at an annualized rate of $150K.
We offer the search and recruiting industry's best training program; we also offer a base salary plus commissions and performance bonuses. We also offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, and profit sharing.
Our new associate will be career oriented versus just looking for a job.
To summarize, our successful team members have:
- Minimum of one year of successful business-to-business selling experience
