  • Contact candidates to learn about their skills, motivations and career desires.
  • Match high-quality companies with sharp candidates.

What do you need to be successful here?

  • Business-to-business sales experience.
  • Consultative, problem-solving sales orientation.
  • Ability to develop rapport over the phone.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • High integrity.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Willingness to learn constantly.
  • College degree preferred.
